Payment Policy:
- All Promotional rates are inclusive of 10% tax and 5% service charges.
- By Visa Card, Master Card... (will be added 3% bank service)

Check in/ Checkout Policy:
- Check-in: From 14.00pm
- Check-out: Before 12:00 noon 
Rooms Cancellation:
- If canceled or amended up to 3 days before the date of arrival or new date of departure, no fee will be charged.
- if canceled or amended later than 3 days or in case of no-show, 100% will be charged as the cancellation fee.

Children and Extra Adult Policy:
- Child under 4yr: free of charge;
- Child from 5yr or extra Adult: surcharge $5/person/room/night;

Tours Cancellation:
* Multi-days Tours:
- Cancellation prior to 5 days of the tour will be charged 100% all deposit money paid
- Cancellation prior to 10 days of the tour will be refunded 100% all deposit money paid
* Day Tours:
- Cancellation made before 5 days will be refunded 100% all deposit money paid
- Cancellation made before 24hours and less than 5days will be charged 100% all deposit money paid
- Late cancellation – Less than 24 hours before the tour will forfeit the full price of the tour
